Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the mm333 platform (accessible at mm333.bet), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mm333 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and mm333 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The most current version of these Terms shall always be available on this page. Continued use of the mm333 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

mm333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of mm333 services, you are required to create a player account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mm333 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service. You must notify mm333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

mm333 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility until you have formally notified mm333 of a security breach and we have taken action to secure the account.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on mm333. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. mm333 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, mm333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Verification (KYC)

mm333 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe requested by mm333 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

mm333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts awarded to your mm333 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus amounts expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account without compensation.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• mm333 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses may not be claimed using funds deposited via certain payment methods — see individual promotion terms for details.
• Players suspected of abusing the bonus system — including via collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Winnings derived from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promotional Changes

mm333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith. Players are encouraged to review the current promotion terms on the mm333 platform before claiming any offer.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance without recourse.

• Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, and identity fraud.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts or exploiting promotional terms to accumulate bonuses beyond their intended scope.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting price differences across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that violates the spirit of fair play.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with mm333 games or markets without prior written consent.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets on events using non-public insider knowledge or participating in the fixing of sporting events.
• Money laundering — using mm333 to cycle illicitly obtained funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or operate your mm333 account on your behalf.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour — directing abuse, threats, or harassment toward mm333 staff or other players via any communication channel.

mm333 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including withholding of funds pending investigation. Where criminal activity is identified or reasonably suspected, mm333 will report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the mm333 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of mm333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mm333 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the mm333 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any mm333 software.
• Use the mm333 brand name, logo, or any derivative thereof in any marketing material, social media profile, or third-party platform without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the mm333 platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of mm333 intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content displayed on mm333 is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their separate licences and terms.

Section 11

Amendments and Termination

Amendments by mm333

mm333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — mm333 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the registered address. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Closure by the Player

You may close your mm333 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance to your verified payment method. mm333 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

Account Suspension or Termination by mm333

mm333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• mm333 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to mm333.
• mm333 is required to do so by applicable law or a directive from a competent authority.

Where an account is terminated by mm333 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including both deposited funds and bonus amounts — may be forfeited at mm333's sole discretion. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, mm333 will return the player's verified deposited balance via their registered payment method.
